My experience with Schaffer was a positive one. Together we signed a simple fee contract, Schaffer skillfully executed paperwork while I attended to my medical needs. I was never pressured and always treated respectfully.
The SS decision came back, “Partially Favorable,” meaning I won a monthly income. I’m going to take that award and move forward.
Judicial accuracy assessed my disability as inconsistent on all 18 pages of their decision. Some days ok, other days too ill to function. That’s exactly right. Judge, look at the blue book to see my disability matches your explanation.
I tell you that to tell you this. Any judge can judge imperfectly, but when the money is placed on the table, thank everybody and walk away. Your attorney just won your case.
