Kaylyn has been a dedicated paralegal specializing in workers’ compensation at Schaffer & Associates since 2020. After successfully completing her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from Bowling Green State University in 2019, Kaylyn decided to pursue a career in the legal field. Her exceptional communication skills, combined with her innate desire to help others, made her a natural fit for the role of a paralegal.
Kaylyn works closely with both clients and attorneys, preparing legal documents, answering questions, and assisting with the overall management of workers’ compensation cases. Kaylyn’s compassion for the injured and disabled, combined with her unwavering dedication to her work, allows her to make a positive impact not only in the lives of her clients but also in her community.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Kaylyn finds joy in exploring local restaurants and spending time with animals including her dog, Tempe. She also volunteers for the Lucas County Pit Crew, a local organization dedicated to rescuing and rehabilitating pit bulls and promoting responsible pet ownership.
