SSA Official Notice on Telephone Hearings

The Social Security Administration has announced a proposal to hold all hearings from now through August 2020 telephonically. Schedulers are working to confirm the voluntary acceptance of telephone hearings before releasing hearing dates.

As a telephone hearing is voluntary, it is your right to decline the offer and postpone your hearing. If you have not already done so, you have the right to seek representation.

For any questions about Social Security hearings, contact us at 419-350-8277. One of our skilled SSD attorneys would be happy to speak with you about your case.
